The bar opens at 5.30pm.
Meals are served from 6.00pm. - Meals are served buffet-style on a first come, first served basis.

- Unfortunately, we are a club venue and unable to accomodate all dietary and meal requests
- Please call the office and ask the manager if possible to accommodate your restrictions (please call during office hours only Mon-Fri, 9am – 3pm)

The Waikawa Boating Club clubhouse is open to members, their guests and any members of Clubs New Zealand affiliated clubs. Waikawa Boating Club also have reciprocal visiting rights in the clubrooms of Pohara Boat Club, Mana Cruising Club and Tasman Bay Cruising Club. Everyone is welcome!
Bring your membership card with you to access bar discounts. The spectacular view across the Waikawa Marina towards Queen Charlotte Sound is all included.
Members with guests, simply sign them in via the register at the door.
The Wardroom is where you’ll find The Galley Cafe Restaurant & Bar. There is seating for 100 plus the access to the outdoor deck and bar leaners to take in the energy of the marina. The Wardroom is available for private hire and you’ll find more information here.
Club members may gain access to the toilets, showers and laundry when the clubhouse is not normally open, by using a key for the main door. Full Members may purchase a key from the Club Manager at a cost of $40.
The clubhouse showers are provided free to members only. However, guests of members can pay $2.00 for the use of the showers. Please place your payment in the Suggestion Box located in the entry foyer. If Taylor is in the office, drop in and introduce yourself.
The clubhouse laundry has a washing machine and dryer which requires $3 per load. This needs to be a $1 and $2 coin.
Bar trading hours, within the limits of the Club’s Liquor License, are set by the Executive Committee and periodically reviewed.
