The AGM needs club members to turn up and be involved. The club is here for you but you also need to be here for the club. Without your engagement, the club simply can not operate. At a basic level, the AGM is a legal function of the club and we need you in attendance to at the very least, form a quorum. A quorum is 25 eligible financial Members in attendance or on a “Real-time audio-visual communication”

- Notices of Motion to be received by 26 June 2026
- Notices of Motion posted on notice board 9 July 2026
- Ballot papers posted to members (if required) 17 July 2026
- Ballot papers to be returned by (if required) 24 July 2026
